Terms of Use

- These terms cover cruitr.ai and the Cruitr service.
- Agencies that use Cruitr also sign an agreement with us. Where that agreement says something different, it wins.
- Your agency's data is yours. You're responsible for having the right to contact the people you reach through Cruitr.
- You pay only for results: a small share of the placements Cruitr helps you make.
1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are between you and Cruitr LLC ("Cruitr", "we", "us"). By using cruitr.ai or the Cruitr service, you agree to them. If you use Cruitr for an agency, you agree for that agency and confirm you have the authority to.
2. What Cruitr is
Cruitr is software for staffing agencies. It finds candidates who fit an agency's jobs, reaches out to them on the agency's behalf, screens them, books calls with the agency's recruiters and writes up notes after the call. The agency's recruiters make the decisions about candidates and clients.
3. Your accounts
Keep your login details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your agency's accounts.
4. Your responsibilities as an agency
- You have the right to contact the candidates you reach through Cruitr, including any consent the law requires before texting or calling them.
- You follow the laws that apply to your recruiting, including laws on texting, calling, call recording, privacy, employment and anti-discrimination.
- You give candidates any notices the law requires, including about recorded calls and about automated tools used in hiring. Where a law requires something of you before using such a tool, such as New York City's Local Law 144, you take care of it, and we'll give you the information about Cruitr you need to.
- You review Cruitr's work where it matters, and your people make the hiring and submission decisions.
5. Text messages
Texts sent through Cruitr come from the agency named in them and are about jobs with that agency. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop getting texts, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers are handled.
6. What you can't do
- Send spam, or contact anyone in a way the law doesn't allow.
- Use Cruitr to discriminate against anyone.
- Load information you don't have the right to use.
- Try to break into, overload, copy or reverse-engineer Cruitr.
- Resell Cruitr or give access to anyone outside your agency without our written OK.
7. Your data
Your agency's data, including candidates, messages, notes and recordings, belongs to your agency. You let us use it to provide, support and secure Cruitr for you, and to improve Cruitr using information that has been de-identified and combined so it can't identify your agency, your candidates or your clients. We never share your data with another agency or use your candidates to recruit for one. When you stop using Cruitr, we delete or return it as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. AI
Cruitr uses AI models to read, write and summarize. AI can make mistakes. Check anything important before you rely on it.
9. Our property
Cruitr, its software, its design and the Cruitr name belong to Cruitr LLC. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
10. Fees
Cruitr is priced on results: we take a small share of the placements it helps you make, so it costs you money only when it's making you money. The exact terms are set in your agency's agreement with us.
11. Ending
You can stop using Cruitr at any time, subject to your agency's agreement. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we must by law.
12. No guarantees
Cruitr is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we don't promise it will be error-free or always available, or that it will fill any particular job.
13. Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, Cruitr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost placements, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what your agency paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
14. Claims about how you used Cruitr
If someone makes a claim against Cruitr because of the data you loaded or the people you contacted through Cruitr, your agency will cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
15. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes go to the courts in New York.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and tell agency users about significant changes before they take effect.
