Does Cruitr replace my recruiters?
No. Cruitr does the work around the call: finding the people who fit, reaching out, screening and booking. Your recruiters take the calls, build the relationships and decide who goes to the client.
How does Cruitr handle texting rules?
Every text comes from your agency's name and says how to opt out. A STOP is honored right away, on every job. Cruitr only starts conversations during the day, in the candidate's own time zone, and it only works the jobs you turn on.
What do candidates see?
A text from your agency with the job and a Candidate link. On the link they read about the job and answer a few quick questions. If they fit, they pick a time to talk with one of your recruiters. If they reply with a question, Cruitr answers it.
What kinds of jobs does it work for?
Cruitr was built on healthcare staffing jobs, like nurses, CNAs and LPNs. It screens each candidate against what the job actually needs: licenses, shifts, location and pay. Versions for other staffing industries are in development.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your candidates, texts, notes and call recordings belong to your agency. We don't sell them, and we never share one agency's candidates with another.
How much does it cost?
